How I stopped having gym anxiety 😥

Gym anxiety is REAL!! Especially when you already have anxiety + social anxiety 😂

I’ve been working hard on my mental health overall & it’s helped a lot!! Not constantly being in fight or flight helps you be calm in situations like working at at the gym ✨

The gym is also scary because it’s mostly guys there and it just feels intimidating & scary (at least for me 🥲) so going with my brother has helped a ton! It’s also built my confidence because he’s taught me a lot about proper form & different machines.

At the end of the day, remember that it’s your work out & journey!! Everyone has to start somewhere and don’t worry what others think 🫶🏻
