Jobs I’ve had and what I’d rate them

🐴Horse Farm 10/10: This was probably my favorite job ever, I love horses so it was a no brainer. This felt more like an enjoyable hobby than a job. Yes the mornings were incredibly early and some days it was freezing and others it was sweltering. But this job was very grounding.

🍻Dive bar 8/10: I met some of the most unique people working at a Dive bar. It was a great experience to have in my early 20’s. Some times it could be stressful and not all the customers were nice, some were down right creepy. Overall I learned a lot from the experience, I learned a lot about people. Working in a bar is like a social experiment you get the best and worst of people.

📓Student 7/10: While I enjoy learning and like being a student and met some incredible people. I always felt like college wanted to put you in a box. You study x and get a job in x. And for someone who wants to explore everything and do everything this wasn’t for me. I’ve been to 3 different schools and tried out about six majors before I called it quits.

👶Nanny 8/10: This can be an absolutely wonderful experience or a miserable one. It really depends on the family you work for, I have worked with a lot of different families some really great ones and some pretty bad ones. What I like about this is if you work for the right family you have a lot of freedom to plan your days and everyday is different. I could honestly do an entire post on being a nanny.
