how i treat my keratosis pilaris✨

after years and years of having what some may call “chicken skin”, i finally was able to find out that i have KP!

i was always so insecure about my arms because of KP but ever since i started using these products, it has helped calm down the KP by a lot!

the key is to keep your arms/legs moisturized and exfoliated with the right products! keep in mind, it took me several different brands to figure out what works with my skin so the road for everyone may be different - and that’s okay!!

i hope this might help someone else out who may be having the same issue i face🤍
