It’s important that you set up your workouts properly to ensure you are getting the max benefits!
There are many different optimal workout philosophy’s, but this is how I personally structure my leg days and what I’ve seen the most results from!
It’s all about progressive overload and intentionally performing each set with quality reps. You should be training very hard to grow your legs because they are a very large muscle group, but not at the expense of form!
Have 2-3 leg days per week, focus on heaviest lifts being compound movements, burn out and perform high volume with single leg movements and burnouts
Most importantly!! Eat properly, consistently and allow time for recovery 💤 ❤️🩹
