how i calm my RED irritated skin in just 1 night 🤭

got the biggest scare after trying out new skincare products oh lord 😭

after incorporating some new skincare, my face reacted so badly with some red rashes & bumps all around my face :’) this is literally the reason why i’m always skeptical to try out new products on my sensitive & acne prone skin 🥲

initially thought it’ll calm down since i normally do get red spots after applying skincare (when my skin is irritated) but i was so wrong - it starts to burn?! immediately went to wash it off.

after which i went on to use my go-to calming skincare & hoped for the best 🥹 I was so afraid that i would start to get new pimples the next day that i couldn’t even fall asleep but THANKFULLY my face when back to normal state the next morning 🤭

‼️lesson learnt: not to change up skincare products all at once, slowly introduce new products into your routine so that your skin doesn’t get overwhelmed & irritated.
