My Gifted Collab/UGC Journey💕

I have only 5.2k followers on tiktok but I've been able to get over 50 gifted Collabs since starting the Tiktok Shop Creator Program in February. People made it seem like you can only get free samples if you have 10k but I've learned that you just have to be willing to just... ask! My first 10-15 collabs were secured by pitching with a simple message & the rest have been inbounds! My TTS videos honestly kinda suck & I've only made a few sales but I've been trying to give myself grace because I'm trying to balance my full time job with all of this. My niche is travel & lifestyle but I had been slowly turning into a shopping creator before I even entered the program, but making salesy kind of videos feels *so* off brand for me & I'm still figuring out how to create content in a way that actually converts to sales & quality engagement. I've been studying what works & what seems to go viral, I just hate how inauthentic it feels for me as a creator lol. The Gucci glasses are my only non TTS gifted collab, I got those through DHgate's Affiliate Program which is something I need to dedicate more time to..

I see a lot people say not to accept this many gifted collabs, especially as a beginner UGC creator but I've been in a slump lately & I always get nervous about being in front of the camera/doing voiceovers so I did this as a push to myself to get over my fears & just... make the content lol. Plus this will be great experience for my portfolio & the goal is to secure at least 3 paid deals by the end of the month. I will try to do an in depth post on how I secured these deals another day, if you go to my tiktok (thewanderlustprincess/🔗 in bio) I have a collection where I put videos on how I learned how to navigate the Creator Program. It's literally so simple that I spent the first few weeks scared to try because I didn't think it could be that easy, but it is!! Literally the worst thing they can do is say no or ignore you, but there's so many brands that will say yes!💕
