My review and experience at Cosford.

Hey Zesties🍋 I will give my honest review on Cosford Container Park after going for 2 days on Weekends. They are pet friendly, so you can also bring along pets if you would like. As usual, for TL;DR just scroll down but do read the PSA (before the TL;DR) if you are a woman.

✨First Visit (Saturday, 4 May 24)✨

My boyfriend rented a car for a few days and the weather was cloudy so we decided to visit Cosford. When arriving Cosford, the food park was so damn deep inside!!! If you took public, i think you would have to walk 10-20 mins from bus stop and the road is also slightly uphill🥹 We reached at around 3pm and there was not any crowd which means many seats were available. Carpark tho, total there is only about 10 lots and the lots are quite narrow😵‍💫😵‍💫 If there is no space, you need to park on the side of the road. Once we sat down, the view was amazing! But do take note you can only see the airplanes landing if you are seated near the Creamy duck stall which is further in or all the way at the end.

The whole atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Something about seeing planes land just feels relaxing. The area has fans too so it was not too hot and it helped that the weather was cloudy🥰 There are quite a few options of food like BBQ, Grilled Seafood, Desserts, Rice bowls(?), Indian cuisine etc.

My boyfriend ordered from the stall , Tarts Man, that is similar to subway so you could choose what bread, ingredients and sauces you like. He took Ciabatta with marinated chicken the order took 15-20 min despite not having any queue or crowds. I ordered the dessert as i was not hungry. The dessert was okay, waited 5 mins for it but I prefer Black Beauty at 18Chefs😅😅😅 My boyfriend said the Ciabatta was amazing so i was tempted and i ordered the same for myself. It is definitely nice👍👍 i just like how the flavours blended together🥹 Overall for Saturday i enjoyed everything and stayed for 2 hours.

✨Second visit (Sunday, 5 May 24)✨

We arrived Cosford at around 1.50pm and the weather was hot. Instantly could see many cars parked on the side of the road and some were on the grass to avoid blocking the road path. We managed to get the seating with the view of planes landing but the area was so packed while the seats near the entrance were kind of empty.🫠🫠

I decided to order food from the same stall the previous day. Instead of Ciabatta, i asked for Wrap. The order took 15-20 mins still. The food, honestly speaking, is damn good if you know to choose the right ingredients. We bought water from Esso so we didn’t need to pay $3.50 for a cup🤭 We spent only an hour due to weather being so hot even the fans couldn’t help much. Still managed to enjoy the planes landing.

🚨Huge PSA🚨

the “female” toilet is Unisex. There is 4 cubicles for female and 1 cubicle for male in the Unisex toilet. The guys do have a separate toilet next door but it is only Urinals and no toilet bowls. So just a caution to all woman there in case you are shocked to see a guy coming out the same toilet. They are very clean tho😂👍👍

TL;DR:

Do not go if no car. Overpriced food and drinks. Only worth it for vibes and planes. Parking sucks. Depending on day and time, crowds can be huge. Only great for views and atmosphere.

Rating /⭐⭐⭐:

I gave 3 stars only for the vibes and the wrap😅😂It is a great place to chill and relax IF you came at the right time and day. Food and drinks are definitely expensive and overpriced. My honest opinion? They say it’s the biggest container park in Singapore but it’s quite underwhelming. Honestly makes me miss Expo’s Timbre+.🥹🥹

Tips🤫:

Lesser crowds on the weekend between 3pm-5pm. Buy your own drink before coming by. Prepare tissues as they don’t provide. If you have a car and there is no parking space, try to park on the grass to avoid blocking the road.
