Help me figure out Why I am sick

For the the last week now, I have been getting dizzy and my vision starts going in circles. Either when I stand up, lay down, look down, or I am moving. It can even happen when I am laying in bed. I went to the doctor where I didn’t get much info besides drink water , but I’m so confused because I’ve never had these feelings before. I know what its like to feel lightheaded and pass out but this is completely different
