i used to avoid wearing jeans until…

i don’t know if any of you can relate, but for me, it’s been a huge struggle to find the perfect pair of jeans 🥹. the waist of the jeans is either always too loose or too tight which is so uncomfortable and unflattering that i’ve avoided jeans altogether.

recently, i’ve been trying to find staple pieces for a capsule wardrobe, and i’ve been on the hunt for the perfect pair of jeans that fits my waist and hips perfectly. i wasn’t expecting much but i’m surprised that i finally found the one ᯓ ᡣ𐭩 it was love at first try, which is shocking considering i’ve never been a fan of jeans since they never seemed to look good on me.

what i look for in a jeans 👀:

₊⊹ high-rise

₊⊹ dark / medium wash

₊⊹ drapes beautifully

being a 158cm girlie, it’s so rare to find jeans that fits perfectly in length, but these hit just below my ankle, making my legs look way longer! this pair of jeans checked off every criteria i had in mind — especially since i love wide-legged and high-rise bottoms! i was thrilled by how they fit and hugged my body perfectly.

did i mention how comfortable this pair of jeans is? considering the HOT and HUMID weather 🥵, the idea of wearing jeans usually feels unbearable. but this jeans changed my mind! the fabric is thin enough to keep me cool, yet still had enough structure to look stylish. despite the heat, i can wear them all day without any discomfort. it’s such a game-changer for me 🤍
