My Favorite Gym Brands

As a gym girl I have tried many different gym clothing brands and there are lots of things I look for when selecting a brand to buy from. Here are some of my favorites and what I love about them!

1. Youngla: youngla has high quality material, and amazing colors to choose from! The styles of clothing are so flattering.

2. TLF apparel: I love TLF because the brand has welcomed me into their family so well, and everyone there has such a positive and motivating energy about them. I also love the patterns/styles of their matching sets!

3. NVGTN: I love nvgtn because of the quality you get for the price point. The price is never too outrageous and they have so many flattering colors, styles and lengths of their shorts.

4. DFYNE: for all my girls with booty dysmorphia- try Dfyne! The butt scrunch is so flattering, the material is thick and high quality, and buttery soft. I love the colors they have as well!

I love wearing a matching set to the gym. I feel like it gives me so much confidence and motivates me to workout even when I’m not feeling like it.
