4 week pregnancy concerns

hey everyone , I tested positive on 6/3 , I’m guessing I was 4weeks & 1 day , Wednesday I was spotting I only seen it once when I wiped it was light pink and didn’t continue. I went Thursday to the ob just because I was concerned and they did an ultrasound and said they didn’t see a gestational sack . So they checked my blood and my levels came back at a 342 hcg level . Is that a good level ? Should I be concerned ? Is it just early ?
