no more spending $20++ on cafe food to study😫

i always had the dilemma of whether i should pay exorbitant prices on cafe food…and whether it was worth the good study vibe trade-off…😵‍💫

but this fong sheng hao outlet surprised me with its cozy interior! really enjoyed the Scandinavian aesthetics of the place 🥰🤗

foodwise, id recommend getting their meat-dishes! i got the popcorn chicken rice bowl and it had all the ingredients needed for delectable fried poultry - crispy skin and juicy flesh….mmmmm YUMS!!!!🤤

the other must-order is their signature milk tea! it’s on the steeper side price-wise, but wah the milk… creamy and malty…. and doesn’t overpower the flavour of the tea! a nice option to slug all the food down 👁️👅👁️

on the FLIP side…pancake was soft and bland, it was honestly quite disappointing as i had to compensate its lack of favour by spamming sauce…👎🏼👎🏼

didn’t try the other dishes but here’s my friends’ review!!!

luroufan: meat was quite substantial, not dry but lacking in the fats/savouriness compared to other better ones

pork chop rice bowl: pork chop was nicely seasoned and tender, with bits of lurou below to help balance out the dryness of rice! NOT a dish to get if you don’t enjoy deboning your meat…💀

overall, if you are looking for a cozy place to study, have your hunger needs met AND not burn a hole in your wallet, fong sheng hao’s holland village outlet is a must try!🔥🔥
