lean bulking day of eats!

my current fitness goal is to gain some healthy body fat and lean muscle mass! life hit my hard over the past year and the stress made my body lean out way too much for a healthy female! ive taken on the goal of lowering my cortisol inside and outside of the gym, eating more, and increasing my happy hormones!

i have upped my calories by 500 cals so far and hope to increase another 300 over the next few weeks/months.

this is what a day of eating looks like for me now! I’m eating 4 bigger meals that are packed with nutrients and macro friendly, yet high in protein!
