Meal idea ~ Compare Trader’s Joe pancakes~

Been seeing Trader’s Joe pancake mix lately and decided to compare them!

The instructions are straightforward on the box. You only need to add eggs, butter, and water(I substituted it with milk)

After mixing everything, I used a scoop and cooked them.

The strawberry pancake mix includes some white chocolate and dried strawberries 🍓

It taste sweeter than the ube one 😋😋

The ube mix is more chewy and fragrant than the strawberry one 😍😍

Personally, I like the ube scent and chewy texture but the strawberry pancake is also pretty good especially with the semi-melted white chocolate pieces👍

The pancake mix is really a time saver since you can make them ahead of time and just freeze them until you need to reheat and eat them!

I’m just storing them in my freezer and microwaving a piece or two in the morning, which is very convenient for a lazy or busy morning 😆
