Tips on how to make the most of your 30s!

I feel like hitting your 30s gets a bad reputation! When it comes to social media and society, turning 30 seems to be the end of youth, but in reality it’s the first time you really get to live life as a true adult. Study show that your frontal lobe doesn’t fully develop until your 27. Also majority of your life was spent as a kid/ teenager so you’re just starting! I’m 31 now and I can honestly say it’s the first time where I don’t feel like such an imposter. I decided that I want to live my life for myself and do things I want to and not because people said I should!
