When going to the grocery store I love finding foods that are high in protein that I can mix with my meals. My favorites that I’ve found so far are:
1. High protein almond milk (for smoothies and coffee!)
2. Greek yogurt (for yogurt bowls, to add in smoothies and as a substitute for sour cream)
3. Chicken sausage (for breakfast!)
4. Quest protein chips (for a midday snack!)
