I love soccer but this is the first time I’m playing on a team but these are some things I’ve gotten for training and conditioning.

1) the most obvious, a ball😂 I already had one but of course you need one to run drills and practice.

2) cones are not necessarily a need but if you’re like me who doesn’t have enough stuff to lay down or does a lot of workouts at night and can’t see the orange cones are great. I got mine for 10 dollars at Walmart and it came with 25.

3) a squirt water bottle, my coach gives like 20 seconds to rest and half of that is opening a regular bottle and I couldn’t do it anymore.

That’s all I have and I’d love to hear if you guys know anything I should get.
