Here are some of my favorite abs exercises that you can do on your bed (or your mat!). Remember that to see the best results, combine your exercises with good nutrition and eat high protein foods. Let’s get right into it:
1- Alternating toe reaches: Perform this exercise for 45 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, repeat 3x.
2- Extended leg crunches: Perform this exercise for 45 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, repeat 3x.
3- Deep core crunches: Perform this exercise for 45 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, repeat 3x.
Remember to challenge yourself in each of these exercises. You can even add a dumbbell if you are laying on a mat! Let me know how you did in the comments.
