SLIMMING CUPPING - DOES IT REALLY WORK???

pls let me know if it worked for you!!

I went for a trial at taiseng and was undecided so I went to do more research abt it on xhs. apparently a lot of shops are doing it because its working for them.

but so far all of the shops that I checked with require me to follow a diet plan which doesn't contain carbs.

ok maybe I'm ignorant abt slimming (some more so low effort one like lying down for 15min right) but I thought like by just cutting carbs will also allow me to slim down without cupping??

I also dunno la just putting it out there cos it's not cheap, 15 sessions cost about 1288 and it's bo bao (not guaranteed) slim down one. so like... does it mean I'm paying to not eat?? they also do claim that it increases metabolism which of course 1 session of trial won't see it happening. pls if u got experience pls let me know!!!

mean time I'm just going back to intermittent fasting and exercising some days... all in a last ditch effort to slim down before my wedding....
