- Stop Bed Rotting -

We’ve all been there. Some days are harder than others and your battery is just empty. It can be hard to get up and get things done, let alone feel human. Rest, Relax, & GET BACK UP.

A) Self Care: I know during these funks it can be hard for some people to even brush their hair, never mind tackle a whole routine. Do what you can to feel better though because when you feel better, you do better! 🤎

B) Stop Bedrotting: Most importantly, Get up and get out of that bed! Even if you only make it to the next room, get up & move your body. Sitting in the dark, sleeping/doom scrolling to avoid confronting the day is the worst way to get through it & only enables the chaos. 🤎

C) Clean: 9/10 a person’s environment is a visual depiction of their mental state. Disorganization & clutter does exactly that! Disorganizes & clutters your mind. It is scientifically proven that having a clean & homey environment helps you feel more at ease and makes rest & relaxation possible. 🤎
