Grocery Haul(Weight loss) High Protein/Low Cal

Here is some things I get during my health journey that has helped with increasing my protein while being in a cal deficit 👇🏼 18 pounds down and counting!

I replaced my Dunkin’s ice coffee with black iced coffee mixed with my fruit loops protein shake ☕️

When I crave candy or something sweet I eat a pure protein bar! So yummy and satisfies my craving.

Protein cereal 🥣

I use vanilla soy milk (contains protein) with mouth off cereal and super yummy 😋

I love chips with a sandwich or turkey wrap. Protein chips (spicy) for the win!

Oikos triple zero Greek yogurt- I use these for my fruit bowls with granola.

Oven roasted turkey breast I use for my turkey wraps with cheddar cheese.
