Pros & Cons of nightshift as a CVICU aide ❤️

These are my personal pros and cons of nightshift.

*side note- i have worked both days and nights for my unit and HANDS DOWN I prefer nights.

It is hard to be on different schedules from my family and fiance but all of the “cons” i can justify for the job that i have!

- i try to get at least a total of 9 hours a sleep (3 before my shift and 6 after my shift!!

- on days that i have school i would either work partials (get off at midnight) or i would try to avoid working!
