School can be really tough, but it doesn’t have to be hard to get good grades! Here are 3 things that top performing students make sure to do for that 4.0!

1. Being aware of due dates and deadlines!! This is seriously so important, it helps make sure you have plenty of time to prepare for your upcoming assignments and you can put your best work in!! Also helps you not miss assignments, therefore receiving a zero!

2. Chatting with the Professor or TA after class or during office hours! If you have a question you need to make sure you get it answered after class or during office hours!! Not only does this boost your understanding but it also increases the likelihood the professor will be able to write you a good recommendation letter in the future! 3. Take notes while in class, doesn’t matter how exactly but focus on what the prof is teaching not the slideshow info that is going to be available later! Keep your focus on the info that won’t be available later and make sure to read the textbook afterwards to fill in the gaps! You can even read it early to raise questions in class about your textbook readings!!
