A lot of times, we are trying to make others understand us and “accept “ us , because deep down…. We’re craving that external validation to let us know that we are okay as we are.

But when you learn to accept yourself and see and love yourself, regardless of if other people understand you….

Because when you radically accept yourself, you embody self- confidence & a vibe of “this is me, take it or leave it”

You’re no longer trying to convince others of your experience, because it doesn’t matter. YOU know it’s real and your self- respecting energy invites respect from others. ✨
