Carsick girlies- this one's for you 🤢🚗

I'm currently on a car ride and I thought I'd share what helps me survive.

1. motion sickness glasses! these look goofy AF but they help me so much. I will say that they're made for both children and adults, so I find them to be a little snug on my head. but for $10, it's worth trying them. I'm legitimately wearing them as I type this.

2. Dramamine. if you have a longer drive, I say get the regular, drowsy stuff and konk out. but if it's a shorter, tolerable drive OR you have to help the driver navigate, get the non drowsy kind. you can get this at any drugstore, major retailer, or they even sell mini packets at some gas stations.

3. tummy drops, peppermints, or hard candy. These tummy drops are expensive, but they're made with natural ingredients and really do help. If you don't want to spend the money, get peppermints to settle your belly, or even sucking on hard candy can do the trick.
