High Protein Breakfast Ideas💡🥞

Sometimes I get a hyper fixation breakfast meal and other times I want something different every morning. Lol 😂 Here's a few of the meals I've been rotating through lately. Hope this gives you some inspo for your next breakfast. 🍳

Meal 1:

- 3 egg whites & 1 whole egg

- Chicken Sausage

- Peanut Butter Chocolate Oats

Meal 2:

- Turkey & Egg Breakfast Sammy(I add lettuce to mine to have some crunch/extra volume)

- Strawberries(you can add any fruit, these are just what I had 😊)

Meal 3:

- Peanut Butter, Banana, and Honey Oats

- Definitely one of my go-to breakfasts if I want something sweeter. You can also add in a protein powder to increase the protein to carb ratio.

Meal 4:

- Protein Pancakes
