Helpful things I do to help run 2 businesses

I’ve hired independent contractors to help me build out digital products, graphic design/ branding, and just hired a long term virtual assistant

If you want an entire death and rebirth, start a business lol, if you want to absolutely shatter your brain, go after a fk ton more, expand your capacity as a human, start TWO businesses and then have kids haha

Literally you guys, I feel like I'm going crazy at times, like I'm holding the absolute world on my back. but with time and experience, I've learned tools and strategies to help me.

Outsourcing help, using project management tools, and knowing when my working times are all very helpful in helping me run 2 businesses whilst having little ones.
