These are a couple things I’ve learned through modeling and my other friends that model!These are the key most important! Let me know if want to see more. These tips alone will help you see results in a month alone😇

Wellness Habits

🧘‍♀️Habit 1: Supplements

L- glutamine helps support muscle gain and promotes burning fat! Turmeric helps reduce inflammation in the body and more s reduces bloating! Game changer

🧘‍♀️Habit 2: GET YOUR STEPS IN!!!

How It Helps: walking is better on the joints for models especially we don’t want to be injured from accidentally tripping during a run😅 So we aim for 10k steps a day at least!

🧘‍♀️Habit 3: Pilates, yoga, and resistance training! Helps to lean you out and tone those muscles real good!! If you’re a beginner or don’t have access to a gym I recommend getting an app or Sami Clark’s videos. All you need is a mat so no excuses😝 We also like to incorporate light weight lifting along with Pilates and yoga. You don’t have to be using super heavy weights to see results! Let me know if you want a model weight lifting routine!

🧘‍♀️ Habit 4: WHOLE FOODS! Prioritizing eating real Whole Foods is the best way to glow up!!! Your body will thank you. Try and also prioritize lots of fiber and lean sources of protein. To stay fit we like to snack on fruits, veggies, and nuts. Let me know if you want any other healthy meal ideas🥰

🧘‍♀️ Habit 5: DRINK 1 gallon of water a day! This is super important especially when you’re active throughout the day. Water is really the key along with everything else shown. Getting enough water helps with everything! Skin, nutrients absorption, digestion, detoxification, weight management and more. So make sure you’re getting enough.

🧘‍♀️Habit 6: Prioritize sleep! They don’t call it beauty sleep for no reason. At least get eight hours of sleep 10 is even better! Us women actually need more sleep compared to men. If you have trouble sleeping create a good bedtime routine and stay off your phone at least 30 minutes before bedtime! Also take naps! Naps are really good for you and a lot of my friends that model swear by their naps 🤣 #glowup #lemon8challenge #modelingtips #healthandwellness #model
