hair growth journey!

I’m officially stating my hair growth journey this year. I’ve had short hair for about 8-10 years and now want to grow it out again! the last time i had long hair was when i was roughly 14-16. then i did a big chop and have been cutting it ever since.

i love both lengths but my hair doesn’t grow very fast (at least doesn’t feel like it does), but now i’m dedicated to growing it long again! any tips and tricks are welcome!

some rules I’ve roughly been following:

-eating enough protein

-washing hair only 1-2x a week

-only using heat 1-2x a month (heat protectant!)

-no damaging hairstyles

-satin pillowcases
