Low Cal / High Protein Finds at Trader Joe’s 🍒

I have become a huge Trader Joe’s girlie over the past couple months. They have so many fun low calorie snacks, frozen veggies + meals and pre-cooked meat options to make meal prepping easy, plus tons of fruit and veggies at an affordable price. 🫡

👉🏼 One of my biggest tips I tell my online personal training clients when it comes to meal prepping is to keep it EASY and TJ’s helps me do just that (but you can definitely find alternatives for these food ideas at your own local grocery store too, just look around and see what you can find!).

Here’s a couple of my favorites I keep buying again and again that are low calorie, high protein or just delicious that I can’t pass up.
