12pm: start off with the best juicy burgers ever

🦋 WOODFIRE BURGER

— get their bbq burger and curly fries!!! ITS SO GOOD 🍔 also get their root beer float, so sinful but very worth~

— i went to the nearest place which is only abt a 10-15 mins walk from customs!! very near the popular thrift spots <3

— 💰$10 per pax

130pm: walk over to jalan tan hiok nee street for cafes and thrifting

🦋 visit popular thrift spots like redchilli thrift vintage, rebirth inc., b-side room, kedai dhoby shanghai and fara first!

— my favourite has to be kedai dhoby shanghai 💦

💰the prices range between $10-$20, the items are pretty well curated! especially the bags i love them 🎀

after all that thrifting, head down to grab a bite at this popular 2-story cafe 🍵 🪟

🦋 FLOWERS IN THE WINDOW

— the vibes were so chill and the interior was really nice 🎥

— the earl grey cake was a little dry and was super floral while the ice chocolate was pretty creamy and good 😛

4pm: what’s jb without going to more cafes?

🦋 CAPYBA CAFE

— honestly, was super disappointing but if you’re like me and u haven’t seen capybaras irl before, give this a try! 🥲

— the food was a 5/10….the mentaiko tamago sandwich was better than the rest tho 🫵🏻

5.30pm: photobooth time 🕰️

🦋 THE FILM AT MIDVALLEY SOUTHKEY

— very cute but u might have to wait awhile during peak periods like the weekends 🫢

6.30pm: go-kart vroom vroom 🏎️

🦋 DMC KARTING

— this was more of drifting than driving bc u have the control the car using a lever! circuit was not bad with a reasonable amount of turns and space! 😈

💰50rm, 10 mins (for the 2 level go kart😖)

7pm: dinner 🍽️

🦋 MINKAN YAKINIKU

— this was super vibey as it was outdoors with dim lighting

— ordered 2 meats 🥩, 1 cheese corn 🌽 , 1 mushroom 🍄‍🟫 , 1 kimchi ramen 🍜

— pretty standard meats but must try their sides…imo pretty good 🥹
