One of the best choices I have made was quitting a job that took years off my life, the night shift. Did you know that every year we work as night shifters, we lose three years of life? Now imagine the same thing, but it's stress instead of the night shift. Stress kills, and we need to outweigh the benefits against the negatives. Now, as a Women's Empowerment and Weight Loss Coach, I work with beautiful ladies with such ambition, and I LOVE what I am doing!!! I am making a change in this world!!!
