So in January of 2021 I decided to start a health journey and I really wanted to take it seriously. At the time I weighed 180. I thought that was HUGE. If I only knew what struggle was to come over the next 3 years. 🤦🏽♀️
I posted my journey on TikTok and actually blew up. I was super consistent for about 2 months until late March. My car was stolen and a bunch of things in my life started changing. Including getting back into a relationship where I’d lose myself.
So for the next 3 years after March. I continued to gain and lose the weight. OVER & OVER again. It seemed like the more I lost, just meant I’d gain that in double… for every 5 pounds, there was 10 gained. Then 15, 20, 30 ect..
BINGE EATING CONTROLLED MY LIFE.
I went MIA from TikTok. Stopped really going out with friends. I’d only post myself when I was in a good place physically. But even then would want to edit my pictures. & I thought what’s even the point of posting if I’m gonna just have to edit?
Today I started 75 HARD. I want to put myself out there for anyone struggling and looking to follow along. I’m forcing myself to stay consistent. I refuse to go into another year unhappy with my body.
