🚩 Old Wang Satay

- The satay sauce here is legendary, with a tangy pineapple 🍍 flavor that's very appetizing. You'll keep eating one skewer after another. Although the satay meat is on the smaller side, it’s not dry. The Cendol here is just average, but in the hot weather, a few bites are quite refreshing. The long wait outside can be quite hot.

🚩 One Dollar Breakfast Shop

- This breakfast spot is incredibly affordable, even cheaper than KL! I had the scallion oil noodles for just RM5.50, which was a generous portion and tasted great. Some items are self-service, while others are delivered to your table. Although not everything is one dollar, the average price is under RM10, which is already very budget-friendly.

🚩 Hsing Hainan Chicken Rice

- Here’s a little insider tip: this place is mostly known by locals. They’ve recently expanded to two locations, so you won’t face long queues anymore. The set meals are also quite inexpensive, with a set for two costing just RM27. The rice has a rich flavor and pairs perfectly with the meat. It’s hard to stop once you start 🤤
