How I set up my cute ADHD friendly desk

I can tell you from experience that how you set up your workstation matters to your ADHD brain.

Previously, I just worked from my bed. And while that was pretty comfy, my brain did not appreciate the overstimulation of my bedroom. My back wasn't a huge fan, either ;) I found that I was getting less done because of my environment.

I quickly learned that snacks, cute lights, and and the comfort and novelty of my keyboard rug made working more exciting. And tbh, all those colors give me the best dopamine boost.
