Wow, 3 weeks have gone by already. This is the longest I've been committed to a diet in a while. I think a big component is I'm okay taking my time and that is making me feel less pressure to restrict more.
So life updates right? I got a job a a waitress. It's also helping a lot with movement and I went from 3000 steps a day to 8000. But my hours mean I'm eating out more. I also start school this week! I think being out of the house more will help because I won't be around food unless I go out of my way to get it. But I'm also working around food. And while I'm able to put in orders at work, I don't really have time to eat.
I am feeling a tiny bit bloated this week and that because I'm about to start my period soon. I also saw that my scale charted a lot of water retention too.
Somethings I noticed on my charts, my bmi is out of the 40's! My weight is out of the 260's! And my body fat is out of the 40's too! I also lost a point in visceral fat? not quite sure if it's a percentage our not, but I know it's good!
Even though I ate out a lot this week, it was still a good week! I only went over my intake goal one time! And it was only by 50 calories.
