I was diagnosed with bipolar and bpd a couple of years ago and while I was medicated for a bit, it never felt like it was helping. I’ve felt recently like I’ve had myself under control but I still wanted a little something on the side to help. TikTok read my mind again and introduced me to Ashwagandha so I started doing my research (outside of the internet’s ads and promotional videos for it) to see if it was the right fit for me.

I decided to finally bite the bullet and try it out for a bit to see what all the hype is about yesterday and while it’s too soon to tell, I’m excited to see if this lives up to what everyone is saying about it. My personal main reasons for taking it are to reduce stress, sleep better, boost fertility, and increase my energy.

As I continue taking it and learning more, I’m going to post here to share my findings and experiences with everyone. I think it would be cool to go through this little experiment together.

Currently I’m taking the goli ashwagandha pictured. They are gluten free, plant based, non-GMO, and vegan KSM 66 and I take two chews twice daily as recommended on the bottle.

I’m curious too- has anyone else taken it and had positive (or even negative) experiences? What else should I know?
