Ever since I was 18, I've always wondered how I could earn more $$ the safe way. I've looked into multiple savings accounts in the past (including SC Jumpstart, CIMB Fastsaver, UOB Stash, etc), and I've learnt to spot the best and safest savings platform i could use.
Here's how I earned risk-free and safe $200+/month just by choosing the RIGHT places to park your money at:
🍫 Chocolate finance ~ 4.2% guaranteed returns
💰 Daily $2.30 = $70/month
Chose 🍫 finance for it's guaranteed 4.2% on the first 20k to max out my returns. It's currently the highest risk-free, hassle-free savings account I've encountered (I know it's technically not a savings account, but it essentially works like one)
Mari Invest ~ 3.5%-3.9% returns
💰 Weekly ~ $33.33 = $133.32/month
I've put the rest of my cash into Mari Invest, which fluctuates between 3.5%-3.9% per month in contrast of 🍫 finance 3.5% >20k. So far, it's the 2nd highest risk-free and hassle-free option.
Maribank savings ~ 2.7% returns
💰 Daily ~ $0.56 = $16.8/month
Here's where the remaining of my $$ is at for emergency use. Honestly, the only reason why I did not put everything into Mari Invest is because they had a promotion where they give out $10 for every 10k you top up into Mari Invest & I'm hoping it'll come back again soon
SC Jumpstart ~ 2% returns (I use this as one of my spending accounts)
💰 Monthly ~ $4.91
The returns here aren't as spectacular, but its one of the few banks available to link to Google Pay
Total: $225.03/month EXTRA
If you want to learn more on Maribank & Chocolate Finance, I'd recommend looking into my previous posts where I dive into further details and you can see why I mainly use these 2 to park my money in!
I might also do up a post on comparing all SG's savings accounts and the ones I've used before!
