my whole. entire. life. I had been so heavily insecure and disgusted by my arms it ruined so many of my days.

I let my insecurities ruin important events for

myself because all I could think about were people seeing my “big fat arms”… trying to find a CARDIGAN that matched my PROM dress…

t-shirts over bathing suits.. never ever ever wearing sleeveless shirts because of the fear of my fat arms seeing the light of day.

Getting to the point of being comfortable enough to not care what others think about my arms has been one of my biggest achievements for myself so far. I wear tank tops, I wear tube tops, off the shoulder tops, all of them! The first time was scary but I knew I was doing something for myself that I had always wanted - and nobody cared! The world didn’t stop spinning, I had a great day, and from then on these fat arms have been OUT.
