Week 1: i’ve gained 5lbs since starting these pills 7 days ago. i take 1 pill (two times a day), 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. consistency is my main obstacle LOL.. but because i’ve seen that these pills actually work, i will definitely do my best to continue being consistent.
