Before, during, and after my abusive ex

Being with my ex actually physically changed me. I was really struggling mentally during the three years we were together because I was dealing with his abuse. It’s crazy how what you’re feeling on the inside shows outwardly. I finally broke up with him a few months ago after wanting to but feeling trapped in that situation for a long time. I am so much better now and back to feeling like myself again, I couldn’t be happier. ✨ Also, this is your sign to never settle & never sacrifice your happiness for anybody.
