Don’t watch if you don’t like being inspired

I didn’t expect to get emotional making this video but here we are. We can really be our own worst enemies. I think sometimes we would rather convince ourselves that we are unworthy of certain things because we are too scared to try or feel like we’re setting ourselves up for disappointment. I wish I could tell the girl in the beginning that.

I wish I could tell her that the gym anxiety was in her head or that she really can adapt a healthier lifestyle and enjoy the same foods she likes without trying the fad diets and detoxes. That she really could become like those “gym girls” she admired.

I hope this inspires you to just start that idea or that habit that you’ve been putting off. The scariest thing that could happen is that it just may work. You deserve to take up space in the places you desire.
