# 1 Magnesium. You may need to adjust the dose to find your perfect dose. Either spraying magnesium on your legs or taking it in capsule form.
# 2 foam rolling and using a massage ball. I notice that the days I’m working out heavy or more sedentary my RLS acts up so foam rolling at night helps with muscle tension which in turn will help my RLS.
