1.Carrots definitely give the good crunch almost like chips just avoid ranch not very good but okay to have sometimes☺️
2. Bananas with chocolate and peanut butter give you a bit of sweet with a healthy snack and is delicious 🤤
3. Strawberries they can be a bit sour if you don't get good ones but otherwise they are super sweet and are the best 😁
4. Bell peppers may not be everyone's favorite but they are definitely mine if I have them cut up in a bag I'll sit on the couch and eat a whole bag 🤪

13. bread fills you up quick but is not good and makes you feel bloated 😞
14. Chips contain lots of salt which isn't good 💔
15. Soda has so much sugar more then you should have I love soda so I limit myself to 1 soda for a special occasion 😁
16. Candy has so much sugar in such a little piece 😔
17. Fried food contains A lot of grease and that's terrible for you so sadly no chicken nuggets 😭 😭
