Oregon has sooo many epic places to explore. It is unbelievable. You really need a lifetime to see it all, but most of us only have a few days.

Just a 35-minute drive from Portland , you can experience some of the most stunning sights along the Columbia River Scenic Highway.

This road trip is packed with breathtaking waterfalls, historic bridges, and panoramic viewpoints. If you’re up for a longer hike, don’t miss Tunnel Falls, a hidden gem along the Eagle Creek Trailhead . Is a 12 mile round trip, Unfortunately I was able to complete 11 mikes 🙄🙄🙄.

Make sure to stop by Hood River for some local eats before catching the sunset at Rowena Crest Viewpoint if time allows.

All this within just one day. But make sure to start at the crack of dawn (6:30) .Spend the night nearby .
