Traits you wouldn’t think were actually ADHD

People see the external struggles but there is so much beneath the surface that people may not be aware of. ADHD is more than just forgetfulness or hyperactivity.

ADHD is much more than that. A trait that is not spoken about enough that a lot of my friends and I experience is hyperfixation. When we get focused on a favorite song, food, or show we want it all the time until we eventually get sick of it.
