I think this is the hardest habit to break. It is so tempting to start scrolling during your study breaks, and I do it too, but reducing the amount of this has been really beneficial to me.
I found that when start getting on my phone, I get tired and distracted easier.
That is why I look for alternatives and it really has helped me!
