Low calorie snacks I eat on a daily basis

Calling all the snackers to the front 🥳🎉 we love a good snack or 3 BUT we can’t let that continue to be the reason we aren’t seeing as much fat loss as we could.

These are some of my fav low calorie snacks that help keep me on track. Literally buy these on a weekly basis to the point where my kids love them now lol. Anything Siete or Yasso or TruFru I recommend with my WHOLE heart 😂😂.
