MY MANAGER WAS TOXIC 👀

this is a simple tutorial on how to

toxic x toxic = toxic^2

here are some real life scenarios that is equivalent to my cute equation.

scenario 1: i published a paid advertisement after getting approvals with little to no resistance, after finding out there wasn’t any good leads, he said, “i knew you had a problem!” proceeds to point out every flaw after we spent $500 on advertising. amazing. 👻

scenario 2: came in with a returnee, favouritism was shown, people laughed with her while i got a cold shoulder for a similar joke, manager did not care about my feelings but claim we must have better EQ in this company… 😋

scenario 3: love it when my manager threatens to fire me because he thinks he’s always right, even when the facts i present are accurate. 😒

scenario 4: when my manager outs you infront of the team and big boss, just cause he thinks you’re being “rebellious”. 🤪

scenario 5: when you lost your passion for writing because of them. 🙃

scenario 6: when my manager berates me for pasting the wrong sticker on a product can be easily removed. making it seem like the whole world’s on fire, and also lashing out at his 7 year old daughter for getting in the way of his anger.😭

scenario 7: when my manager excludes me from social gatherings because i can’t fit in.

scenario 8: when my manager thinks every meeting should be a not so subtle hint that i’m a problem, i got anger issues and i’m too rebellious (another story for another day), and that he had the guts to fire someone before but he’s a changed man. 🤪

scenario 9: when my manager thinks my role should’ve encompassed everything when that’s not what i do.(hint: i’m a writer)🙃

scenario 10: when my manager says one thing and i follow their instructions, but he ended up backing out of his words in a meeting, leaving me to look dumb. 🤪
