I need major help 😭

so this is my ex.. he was scared that I’d drift away from him so he broke up with me (because he was going to a new school) I didn’t take it well I was very mad.. but anyway he said that and I’m in a relationship with someone I get along with very well but it’s not one that’s been going on for years or even months it started not too long ago and I’m scared what to do because I still love my ex like crazy but I can’t break anyone’s heart because I’ll get my heart broken because of that just please please anyone help me and the new guy by the way has been my friend for a long time and I liked him a bit plus I felt good about it but now I’m not sure what do i dooooooooo 😭😭😭
